Because I'm pretty sure a lot of you is going to head down to the beach this summer, here is a quick and easy DIY to use all those shells you will pick up during your lazy days off on the sand.

These 2 day off were so relaxing I decided staying away from my computer the whole week. It's good sometimes to have a break from it and to focus on other simple things such as reading a good book or magazine instead of writing blog post.
Well, I feel now completely relax and ready for new blogging adventures in fashion, DIY and food !
Speaking about it, I've made such an amazing granola this week I had to share it with you. I found out that a really simple ingredient can change everything: coconut oil. It gives the granola such a good taste ! See bellow for the recipe and other inspirations of the week.

I am writing this post wearing my UGG, my casual wool sweater while sipping a warm cup of tea. Feels like we are back in February and honestly and this terrible weather totally throw me off balance: I realized yesterday morning we were saturday and that nothing was planned for this sunday morning breakfast post !
Luckily I had some brioche left and I managed to make some delicious and soft french toast with that !

I wanted to make a ricotta pie since a while and I decided this week-end was the time to give it a try. I filled it with (tones of) chocolate chips and topped it with fresh strawberries & raspberries and maple sirup.
Honestly? It was such a decadent breakfast ! The perfect balance between sweetness, fluffy and fruity tastes, I could have eaten the whole pie. Easily...

I found this plank few month ago and brought it back at home, knowing I could make something great with it (but with no clue of what it would be at the moment).
