I have to avoid dairy products for a few months and it has finally appears to be much more easy than I though.... excepted when it comes to pizza !
I am a huge pizza sucker and the worst is for me not having my melted tones of cheese on the top.
I am not a big fan of apricots but when I saw these ones, well shaped with their beautiful orange skin I couldn't resist and bought some with the idea of cooking them into a French Riviera french style.
There is a bakery in Biarritz (Loubère) that makes delicious spanish sausage (also called 'chorizo') I am fond off and as I don't have that much opportunities to go back over there, I've decided to make my own at home.
As almost everyone, there is some food I don't like and as its what we can call "every-day food" I have taken the advantage of it to be more creative while cooking.
