This week I stumbled into this pic and I was suddenly craving fresh fruits pancakes. So I couldn't help but baking some at home... And as I already made some pancakes last week, I'm going to give you this time a healthy recipe (with no butter in it). And trust me, the pancakes are still amazingly soft !
Meanwhile, this sunday recipe comes with all the little things - music, DIY, fashion, home deco, ... - that inspired me this week.
Sunday Recipe
Makes 6 to 8 pancakes:
150 gr flour
200 gr milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
Stawberries, raspberries, blueberries, ... use all the fruits you want and remember: the more juicy they are, the more testier your pancakes will be !
* In a big bowl mix together the egg and the sugars.
* Add the flour and milk and mix to combine.
* Add the vanilla extract, stir and finish adding the dry yeast stirring one last time.
* Pour a bit of this mixture into a small warm saucepan (previously lightly covered with some oil or butter to avoid to stick), add some fruits on the top and bake around 2 minutes on medium heat.
* With a spatula gently turn out the pancakes on the other side and bake for few seconds.
Serve as they are, with fresh fruits, wipped cream, maple sirup, ... your call !
