Let's finish the week with a delicious corn bread and a beautiful song while getting inspired by metallic shades and plastic fabrics.
Oh and I almost forget, a little pop of colors DIY is also included to start celebrating the spring season that is coming very soon !
Sunday Recipe
110 gr wheat flour
150 gr corn flour
220 gr sugar
2 tbs baking soda
1 tsp salt
130 gr greek yogourt
2 eggs
115 gr butter
80 gr oats
90 gr blueberries (fresh or frozen)
60 gr coconut flakes
2 handfull dried bananas slices
* Preheat your oven on 190°C.
* In a bowl mix the flours, sugar, baking soda and coconut flakes.
* In an other recipient mix the greek yogurt with the eggs and melted butter.
* Add the dried ingredients and stir until it forms a sticky dough.
* Add the oats, dried bananas and blueberries stirring well between each.
* Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a stick inserted in the center comes out clear.
Serve with mapple sirup or honey and enjoy warm !
N.B: if you don't like mapple sirup or honey, add 20 gr extra sugar to the original recipe.
Your call to play with ingredients you have at home and bake your own version of this morning bread !

Sunday Obssession
So far I remember I have always been a huge fan of plastic and PVC fabrics. I think all of that started with those jelly beans shoes we were all wearing at the beach when we were kids.
No need to say that I am just getting crazy this season with all these transparent plastic items in every single collection of each brand !
And it also feels like we are going to have a kind of plastic DIY soon on this blog ;)
Love this jacket already out of stock.
